Our Community is Beginning to Feel Like “Home”


You may have already heard that MorningStar at Jordan Creek Senior Living opened its doors to resident in March.  Our community has 56 bright suites for assisted living including a range of floor plans starting with spacious studio and one-bedroom units all the way to large two-bedroom floor plans.  If a family member requires memory care, our Reflections Neighborhood offers 29 secure suites devoted to the specialized care of those with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia.
We are proud to report our opening has been a huge success and our team has been delighted to welcome residents to their new home as well as working hard to ensure everyone get comfortably settled in.  Also now that residents are here, our activities and special events have gotten underway.  To get an idea of the community’s goings on, you can now view our monthly calendar posted on our website.  As you will see, residents have the opportunity to participate in a range of activities that are sure to suit many interests.  One example of a typical day includes: Morning Daily Devotions, Friday Fitness, brain games, a sing-a-long, and an evening movie. 
In terms of special events, we have already had our first Family Fun Night in mid-April.  The evening was a big success and included live music and refreshments.  Douglas Karl provided the entertainment with an array of familiar songs and MorningStar at Jordan Creek’s Chef Jon prepared a selection of refreshments that were a delicious success.
