Celebrating Our One-Year Anniversary


It is hard to believe that MorningStar at Jordan Creek has been open to residents for more than a year now.  We are happy to report that things could not better and residents are proud to call MorningStar home.  Over the last year, we have had the privilege to get to know our residents, and together they and our dedicated team have become a loving family. 

As a thank you for the warm welcome the West Des Moines community has given to us from the moment we opened our doors, we are offering area seniors the chance to join our community for only $1 for the first month’s rent and $1 for our community fee.  It doesn’t get any better than that!
